Renata Hayden - Owner & Lead Injector
Renata, the founder and owner of Essence Aesthetics, has been a critical care Registered Nurse in the emergency department since 2011 and a licensed massage therapist since 2005. She first tried Botox after a very stressful time in her life when she looked in the mirror and looked much older than she felt. The improvements in her skin transferred to feeling better in many ways and her eyes were opened to the beautiful world of aesthetic medicine. When her brother approached her about learning to do PRP to help him with hair rejuvenation, new knowledge and possibilities developed as she studied the benefits of platelet rich plasma. Precision, safety, evolving technology and techniques, and measurable results are at the core of her practice. Renata has a passion for helping clients feel better in their own skin while being fortunate enough to have a career that allows balance with her family.

Mallory Irey - Aesthetic Nurse
Mallory has always felt called to care for people during the hardest times of their lives. That is why she became a nurse, and has been for the past 3 years. She loves when she can make a patient smile or laugh while they are not feeling well. After trying injectables herself, she instantly felt pulled in the direction of aesthetic nursing. And now she gets to be a nurse and help people feel their best all at the same time! In Mallory’s mind, it is all about bringing out people’s natural beauty and really accentuating their features. She loves that she gets to work with amazing women everyday and change lives in a new way.
